Your body is engineered to function with certain movement patterns and mechanics. If any part is misaligned, it disrupts the biomechanical chain, leading to imbalances. These issues might be minor but can decrease performance and increase the risk of injuries.
Discover if your body's mechanics are impacting your performance today!
During your initial evaluation, we will assess how your body moves in two parts: Open Chained (non-weight-bearing) and Closed Chained (weight-bearing). This 45-minute session will map out where you have deficits and how those can affect your performance.
Following your initial evaluation, a list of corrective exercises will be created specifically to address your needs and goals. You will be instructed on how to perform these exercises and how they will benefit your play on the ice. If you want a complete training experience, we offer one-on-one session packages where we work with you through the full corrective process.
