The Program runs from May 27th through August 30th.
We host seven 1.5-hour sessions daily, five days a week.
We cater to individuals aged 13 and above. You will train alongside peers of similar age groups. For younger athletes, we offer one-on-one sessions. For additional details, please visit our Player Development page.
Once you have decided you want to improve your game just click the 'Join Now' link at either the top or bottom of the page. Complete the short registration form and the waiver that follows. You are now signed up.
After registration, you'll receive an email containing a scheduling link. Click 'Sign Up' at the top of the page to save your details and simplify booking multiple sessions.
Sessions on Mondays and Tuesdays are alike, while those on Thursdays and Fridays follow a similar structure.
For optimal progress, we advise attending at least two sessions weekly, ideally pairing a Monday or Tuesday with a Thursday or Friday session.
Payment is taken onsite. We accept cash, cards, or Venmo. Discounts are added at the time of payment.
Conte Performance has licensed Physical Therapists with MLB experience on site who can help address any lingering issues you have been fighting during your season. We specialize in combining therapy and performance to make the best use of your time.
